This marks an unprecedented eleventh time Bob Pennington has been presented a Top Eagle Award for being the owner of one of the premier Coldwell Banker Offices in the country. Pennington is also a multiple recipient of the Coldwell Banker Office Manager’s Award for Excellence given to only a select number of brokers nationwide for "service above and beyond." In 1995, Bob Pennington was presented the Top Eagle Award for being the broker/owner of the number one Coldwell Banker office (in its category) in the United States of America. This award is the highest national award that can be bestowed to a Coldwell Banker office. In 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Bob Pennington was voted "Hometown Favorite Realtor" by the citizens of Altoona-Blair County. In 2003 and 2004, he was also voted "Hometown Favorite Boss." For eighteen straight years, Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc., has awarded Coldwell Banker Town & Country the "Premier Office" award given to those offices attaining statistics superior to the national averages. Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc., has also awarded the office the President's Award of Honor in 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999. This award is given to a very small percentage of offices nationwide in recognition of superior sales production and closed units. Coldwell Banker Town & Country ended 2007 posting numbers surpassing all competitors.
