In 1995 and 2008, Bob Pennington was presented the Top Eagle Award for being the Broker/Owner of the Number One Coldwell Banker Office in the United States of America for closed units (11-20 sales associates in 1995 and 21-35 sales associates in 2008). This award is the highest national award that can be bestowed to a Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliate Office.

In 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999, Coldwell Banker Town & Country Real Estate was named the Number One Coldwell Banker Office in the Northeast Region of the United States for closed units in the 11-20 sales associate category.

In 2006 and 2008, Coldwell Banker Town & Country Real Estate was named the Number One Coldwell Banker Office in the Northern Region of the United States for closed units in the 21-35 sales associate category.

In 1996, 2006, and 2008, Bob Pennington was awarded the Office Manager's Award for Excellence, given to only a select number of brokers nationwide for "service above and beyond." In 1999, Pennington was named the Best Manager of the Year within the Coldwell Banker Network.

In 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Bob Pennington was voted "Hometown Favorite Realtor" by the citizens of Altoona-Blair County. In 2003 and 2004, he was also voted "Hometown Favorite Boss." In 2008, Bob Pennington was the first individual, and a charter member, to be inducted into the Hometown Favorite HALL OF FAME.
